Shipping / Delivery Policy
Long Beach Dive will typically ship your order within 15* business days from the date the order is processed. Delivery is dependant upon the shipping method you choose and where you are geographically located.
Because shipping charges, customs and tariffs vary greatly from country to country, all orders outside the continental United States will need to have shipping costs identified prior to quoting shipping charges and delivery date.
(* Distributors please refer to distributor agreement for shipment terms.)

Shipment Damage
Products shipped from Long Beach Dive's factory are carefully packed in compliance with carrier requirements. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made with the carrier by the customer. All shipments should be fully unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt. It is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact for inspection by the carrier’s agent, in the event of a dispute.
Visible Loss or Damage
Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or carrier’s receipt and signed by the carrier’s agent. Failure to do this will result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim.
