2000

Long Beach Dive, a division of Solstice Industries, Inc is formed.

In December 2000, Long Beach Dive was formed as a division of Solstice Industries, Inc. With corporate headquarters, manufacturing and test facilities located on Long Island, New York, Long Beach Dive is uniquely situated to provide quality underwater diving products to its customers.

2001

Long Beach Dive receives "Patent Pending" status for its underwater GPS product line.

Long Beach Dive has submitted a Patent Application to the United States Patent office for consideration of U.S. and future international patents. The application was accepted and Long Beach Dive's underwater GPS product line is now "Patent Pending".

2002

Long Beach Dive releases its "SCUBA-Nav" product.

In early 2002, Long Beach Dive released it's new "Underwater Diver  Navigation" product called the SCUBA-Nav. Offered for sale on-line at www.longbeachdive.com,  the  SCUBA-Nav provides divers with the ability to utilize the Global Positioning System (GPS) in underwater diver navigation.

www.longbeachdive.com Internet presence established.

In 2002, www.longbeachdive.com went live on the Internet. Long Beach Dive's web presence provides a rich array of multimedia content including detail product information, full color product pictures, and even a streaming video demonstration of the SCUBA-Nav product. Also provided is a secure on-line purchasing system, for ordering Long Beach Dive products.
2003

Long Beach Dive releases its "SCUBA Tank-Bench" product in 2003

In mid 2003, Long Beach Dive released its "SCUBA Tank-Bench" product. The Long Beach Dive SCUBA-Tank Bench is an easy way to add professional dive boat capability to any small watercraft.

Long Beach Dive releases its "ACCU-Dive" product in 2003

In 2003, Long Beach Dive released its "Professional" underwater diver navigation device, called the Accu-Dive.

Long Beach Dive releases its SCUBA-Nav "RECON" product in 2003

In 2003, Long Beach Dive also released its "low profile" underwater diver navigation device, called the SCUBA-Nav "RECON".

2004

Long Beach Dive receives a US Patent for its underwater GPS  product line.

On October 19, 2004, Long Beach Dive was issued US Patent # US 6,807,127 B2 for its underwater GPS product concept.

Long Beach Dive releases it's new SCUBA-Vis product

In 2004, Long Beach Dive released the new "SCUBA-Vis product. The SCUBA-Vis enables real-time underwater video taken by a diver to be viewed by surface personnel. The SCUBA-Vis functions similarly to other Long Beach Dive products by integrating the standard dive flag and float with wireless video technology.

2005

Long Beach Dive releases it's new RECON Pro underwater GPS product. 

In April of 2005, Long Beach Dive released the new RECON Pro underwater GPS product. The RECON-Pro offers an integrated GPS receiver, large LCD screen, and stylus activated keypad controls. 

2006

Long Beach Dive begins development of an affordable Underwater ROV product. 

In April of 2006, Long Beach Dive started development on a new remotely operated underwater vehicle. 

2007

Long Beach Dive begins testing of a new Underwater ROV product. 

In May of 2007, Long Beach Dive began water testing of a new Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV). Stay tuned for announcements on the availability of the yet to be named addition to the Long Beach Dive product line of Underwater Exploration products.
